To become a Respected Citizen, you must have mentored atleast one aisling, and be of the fifteenth insight. You must go to the Political Office of your hometown, and seek office. From there you must obtain 10 Clout (Votes, or support) from Aislings, and Political Sponsorship. Once you have those, you may become a Respected Citizen. This status is necessary to admit citizens, dye clothing, make armors, and preform guild functions.
