To become the master to a Pet, you must go to the Tagor Pet Shop, and talk to the Mundane there. She will list the Pets for you, and tell you the requirements to obtain them. All of the pets are very expensive (5,000,000 coins and upwards) so you may wish to wait until you are a master, and can afford this kind of money.
