The quest to Explore Oren Sewers is a fairly long one. First, you must obtain a Breath Ring by trading a Golden Floppy in at the Oren Jewelers. Then, you must obtain a type of Pirate Garb. You must wear both onto the Pirate Ship in Lynith Beach, and speak with the pirates in the Restraunt. You will be lead around the beach and underwater, and finally obtain a key to enter Oren Sewers.
