To "Love" somebody, you must both go to the Fae Glade in the Gardens of the Eastern Woodland. You must have a priest with you to bond you in Love, and they can preform this ceremony quickly and easily, where you can obtain this mark. It is possible to "love" a member of the same sex, although it is not possible to marry one.
