To aquire the "Loved by Mileth Mundanes" mark, you must be under insight 11. You must go on the Stick Quest, starting at the Mileth Smith, and retrieve branches for the Smith. When you bring them back to him, he may or may not reward you with this mark. You may do the quest every 12 hours.
