To become a herbalist, you must learn "Herbal Lore" from the Suomi Priestess. You must then purchase two cloth gloves, and head to a grassy area, with Wine or Raw Wax. You can make any number of herbs, time permitting. Once you become skilled enough, you will obtain this legend mark.
